What do I need to do to secure my booking?
See to book any of our packages above; when you book well in advance we only require a deposit of £25 per person or a one off payment of £200.00. You can pay this by credit or debit cards over the telephone or send us a cheque with a completed booking form (to download the booking form click on the booking form & conditions tab at the top of this page). Once we have received your deposit payment we will send you a booking confirmation.
What happens if I book 20 people and only 12 pay me?
We expect this, we know you have a difficult job in getting definite numbers at time of booking so we allow you to cancel as many people as you like off the booking up until 5 weeks before you go (providing you stay above your activity minimum number, which is usually 8). If you have paid in full we will refund you in full for these places.
More people want to come now than I original booked for, can I add them?
Late comers who decide they want to come to your event can be added on up to 5 days before you go, subject to availability and an administration fee of £10 charged per change.
Can my friends ring up and pay for their places individually?
Yes, if your booking is made a minimum of 6 weeks in advance of your departure. We request you to pay for 2 places in full (you the organizer and one other persons place) we will give you a contact telephone number, unique reference number and balance due date. You then need to text/email these details to your group; they can then telephone us with payment quoting the booking reference. You as the organizer need to call us from time to time to check who has paid so you’ll know who needs another chase. Please note we charge an extra £2 per person to cover credit card charges for this service. We do not provided the individual payment service to bookings that are made within 5 weeks of departure
How do I know what to wear throughout my weekend?
Once you have paid in full we send you out what we call "joining instructions", these provide you with details including directions, maps, what to bring with you, what you need to wear on your activity day, dress codes for night time activities, important contact numbers and addresses. We also include details on good behaviour bonds as required by some hotels/providers.
What happens if someone drops out within 4 weeks of going?
At this stage they lose their money, if you don’t already have annual travel insurance we recommend that you purchase some to cover against personal injury and cancellation (all travel insurance policies vary please check with your insurance company to see what your travel insurance actually covers you for. Remember they will not cover cancellation if you just decide you do not want to go any more.
My friend snores and needs a room of their own, is this possible?
Most hotels offer single rooms some charge an additional cost. If required a single room needs to be requested at the time of booking.
Some of my group have special dietary requirements do you need to know this in advance?
Yes, please let us know prior to your weekend so we can advise our providers.
