An ideal activity for those with a head for heights and a limpet-like grip! Walking backward off a cliff is always guaranteed to get the blood pumping. Walking forward off a cliff is guaranteed to freeze it.
Start simple and work up to the tougher climbs. You are attached to the main rope and safety rope from your harness. Then you are gently lowered over the cliff edge. Slowly the rope is let out as you navigate your way down the rock face.
During your abseiling session you will experience a variety of different methods of abseiling, including walking, running, jumping and forward rundowns. Who Dares Wins!
